As a church we finished our first quarter(3 months). We are headed on a retreat this weekend to do some heavy lifting for the purpose of reaching our city. In retrospect, there are many things to be thankful for thus far. Here is a short list:
-we all got here safe
-God has provided for us(huge deal)
-we all have jobs
-we all have relationships
-we have prayed(alot!)
-we hosted 2 short term teams
-we have developed as a team
-we have fasted
-we started meetings
-we have made significant impact in a few peoples lives
-We have grown by 100% - more than most churches
Someone asked me the other day what I thought was better for reaching people, small churches or big churches. I responded, "Both, because I lead a small church that I want to see grow."
